Refund policy
Our Lambie products go through a strict quality control and packaging check before being shipped to purchasers.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new and original condition, unused, with its original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to supply photo/s of any damage or damaged packaging (if applicable) as a result of shipping, together with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email this information to contact@lambies.com.au
If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method upon receipt of returned product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed from the date of your approved return notification, please contact us at contact@lambies.com.au.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns on sale items or gift cards from special promotions are not accepted.
